How much is a storage unit in Las Vegas, NV?

What size storage unit do I need?
A 5' x 5' holds boxes and seasonal items. A 5' x 10' takes a one bedroom apartment. A 10' x 10' takes a two bedroom. A 10' x 20' takes a family house or a vehicle. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one. The extra few feet costs less than a second trip.
Is a 10' x 10' storage unit big enough?
For most two bedroom homes, yes. It fits a couch, a dining set, a mattress set, appliances and around 30 boxes with room to walk in. If you are also storing a washer, dryer and patio furniture, look at the 10' x 20'.
Is climate controlled storage worth it in Las Vegas?
If you are storing electronics, photographs, records, leather, wood furniture, candles or anything with adhesive in it, yes. A sealed unit in direct sun can pass 120 degrees inside during a Vegas summer. For tools, patio furniture and a trailer, a standard drive-up unit is fine.
What do I need to move in?
A government photo ID and a payment method. No deposit, no first and last month, and no credit check.
Do I need insurance on a storage unit?
Yes, every tenant needs coverage on their contents. Many homeowners and renters policies already cover items stored off site, so check yours first. If you do not have one, we can set you up at move-in.
Can I store a car, boat or RV?
Yes. Outdoor parking is available at Sunset Park, paved and behind the gate. Vehicles need to be registered and in running condition.
What are your access hours?
Hours vary by location. Spring Valley, Sunset Park and Vegas Strip are open seven days a week, and Central is open Monday to Saturday. 24 hour access is available on request at Central and Vegas Strip. Full hours are listed on each location page.
Is there a long contract or a deposit?
Neither. Everything is month to month with no deposit and no exit fee. Ten days notice and you are done.
What can I not store?
No food, plants or animals. Nothing flammable, explosive, toxic or otherwise hazardous. Nothing illegal. Vehicles must be registered and running. And nobody may live in a unit.
