What Our Customers Are Saying
Reviews from RV, boat and trailer owners who park with us.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Dave R.I have a 38-foot fifth wheel and the last place made me back it into a corner every single time. Here I pull straight through. Cannot overstate how much easier that is.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Marisol T.The covered space paid for itself the first summer. My boat cover used to shred every year in the sun.
The dump station on the way out is the detail I did not know I needed.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Kenny B.Booked online on a Tuesday night and parked the trailer Wednesday morning. Never spoke to a soul. Gate code came through before I left the house.

FAQs about RV, Boat & Vehicle Storage in [City], [ST]
How much does RV storage cost in [City], [ST]?
Price depends on length and whether the space is uncovered, covered or fully enclosed. Our spaces run from $65 a month for a 10x20 uncovered up to $349 for a 14x40 enclosed drive-in bay. Live availability and current rates are shown when you check online.
What size space do I need for my RV or boat?
Measure bumper to bumper with everything attached, including the hitch, the swim platform, the spare and any bike or kayak rack. Add three feet for working room. A 25-foot travel trailer usually needs a 30-foot space once the tongue is counted.
Is covered storage worth the extra cost?
If your rig sits for more than one season, usually yes. Sun degrades gelcoat, rubber roofs and awning fabric faster than most owners expect, and a canopy also takes the hail and snow load. If you store for three months over winter and use it heavily otherwise, uncovered is often the better value.
Do I need to show registration and insurance?
Yes. Anything parked here needs current registration and liability insurance on file. You can upload both from your account when you book, and we will remind you before either expires.
Can I run power to my RV while it is stored?
Select spaces include a 110v outlet for trickle charging your batteries. It is intended for maintenance charging only, not for running appliances or living in the vehicle. Ask about power when you book, since those spaces go quickly.
Can I sleep in my RV on site?
No. This is a storage lot, not a campground, so overnight occupancy is not permitted. You are welcome to spend as long as you need loading, cleaning or working on your rig during access hours.
When can I access my vehicle?
Gate hours are listed on the location page above. Access is automated through your personal code, so you never need to wait for someone to let you in or out.
Is there a dump station and a wash bay?
Yes to both, and they are included with your space. Empty the tanks on your way in and rinse the salt off before you park. Please leave both as you found them.
Do you store work trucks and commercial trailers?
We do. Contractors, landscapers and service fleets park here year round. Business accounts get consolidated monthly billing and can add or drop spaces as the season changes.
What if I only need storage for the off-season?
Every space is month to month. Store it for the winter, give notice, and pull out in spring. There is no annual contract, no seasonal minimum and no exit fee.
